Justin C. Jacobs
Chief Executive Officer

Prior to Mr. Jacobs’ employment with the Company, most recently he was a Managing Director and a member of the management committee of Mill Road Capital Management LLC, where we worked since 2005. Mill Road Capital Management is an investment firm focused on investments in small, publicly traded companies. From 1999 to 2004, Mr. Jacobs was employed at LiveWire Capital, an investment and management group backed primarily by The Blackstone Group and Thomas Lee Partners that focused on operationally intensive buyouts of middle market companies. While employed at LiveWire, he held various operational positions in numerous portfolio companies, including interim Chief Operating Officer, in addition to investment responsibilities. Before joining LiveWire, Mr. Jacobs was an investment professional in the private equity group at The Blackstone Group from 1996 to 1999. Mr. Jacobs is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffee, Inc. He previously served as a member of the Boards of Directors of several public companies, including Ecology and Environment, Inc., Galaxy Nutritional Foods, Inc., National Technical Systems, Inc., and School Specialty, Inc., as well as numerous private companies, including Lignetics, Inc., Mother’s Market & Kitchen, Inc., PRT Growing Services LTD and Rubios Restaurants, Inc. Mr. Jacobs holds a B.S. from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia with concentrations in accounting and finance

Ian Eckert
Chief Financial Officer

Prior to Mr. Eckert's employment with the Company, he was employed at Alamo Group Inc., a public company traded on the NYSE that manufactures equipment used in the industrial, vegetation, and agricultural markets. He served as Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President, and Corporate Controller. From 2020 to 2023, Mr. Eckert served as Vice President, Finance for AMETEK Inc.'s Electron Microscopy Technologies business based in Pleasanton, California; AMETEK is a public company traded on the NYSE:AME. Prior to 2020, Mr. Eckert held controllership, financial planning and analysis, and strategy roles progressing in responsibility at Howmet Aerospace Inc. (formerly Alcoa Inc.). He started his professional career at Lafarge. Mr. Eckert holds a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. In 2024, he completed the Stanford University Graduate School of Business Emerging Chief Financial Officer Program.

Cody Pye
Vice President of Operations

Prior to Mr. Pye’s employment with the Company, he was employed by ExxonMobil (NYSE:XOM), where he most recently served as Permian Regional Engineering Manager following its acquisition of Pioneer Natural Resources (NYSE:PXD). Prior to the acquisition, Mr. Pye spent 13 years with Pioneer Natural Resources, where he held roles of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as Director of Production Operations. During his tenure, he led large-scale production operations and multidisciplinary field and engineering teams across active oil basins. Mr. Pye started his career as a Production Engineer with BP (NYSE: BP), where he supported operations in Midland, Azerbaijan, Alaska, and Durango. He holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas in Austin.

John Rowell
Vice President, Technical

John A. Rowell is our Vice President, Technical. Mr. Rowell has been a key driver in developing NGSG’s cutting-edge technology innovations which have been instrumental to the Company’s growth. He started his career with the Company in 2001, fabricating compressor units. Since that time, he has worked in multiple areas at NGSG, including product development, manufacturing management, compressor unit purchasing, account management, and finally, technology development. He has a passion for improving compression unit productivity for customers along with a detailed understanding of all aspects of operations including compressor unit design, fabrication, installation, and operation.
